According to the Sud Ouest, one of Bordeaux’s leading newspapers, Bruno Borie is negociating the sale of his company Lillet with Pernod-Ricard. Lillet currently has a turnover €3.8m and exports 50% of its annual
production of 750,000 bottles. A traditional drink, Lillet is deeply rooted in the Bordeaux region. A kind of vermouth, it is composed of 85% of white wine and 15% orange liquors and quinine.
