Piero Antinori acquires the majority of Friulian winery Jermann. With the signing of an agreement transferring the majority of Jermann srl to Antinori, the two well-known Italian wine entrepreneurs Silvio Jermann and Piero Antinori sealed the takeover and the new cooperation between the two family businesses.

Silvio Jermann has been running the company for more than 40 years and now feels that the time has come to break new ground for the continuation of the winery. On the signing of the framework agreement, Piero Antinori emphasised that the winery is to be continued in the same way as before. Jermann srl owns two wineries in Friuli Venezia Giulia, one in Farra d'Isonzo and one in Dolenga with a total of 170 hectares of vineyards. hp
