New year, new plans

Meininger's Wine Business International with fresh ideas.

Meininger's Wine Business International will focus more on the digital publication.
Meininger's Wine Business International will focus more on the digital publication.

Over the last year, Covid-19 has changed all of our lives and businesses, leading us to take a fresh look at what we are doing, and to consider whether it might benefit from being done differently.

Since its launch in 2006, Meininger's Wine Business International has become one of the most influential publications in the wine industry. Its readers include leading decision makers across the world. In recent years, its editor-in-chief Felicity Carter and editor at large Robert Joseph have also won recognition for the magazine's increased online coverage.

In these times of change, we are going through some changes ourselves. Recently, editor-in-chief, Felicity Carter, decided to take a different path in the wine world and will work for the Napa-based online wine company pix.wine in the future. We highly appreciate her decision and the whole team of Meininger's Wine Business International wishes her the best luck for her new plans.

All of our success and the experience of Covid-19 has helped us to decide that it makes more sense to transform Meininger's Wine Business International into a digital publication. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to, appeared in, subscribed or advertised, for your support. We look forward to continuing these relationships in the future.

We are still working on the precise form the new online platform will take, and we intend to give this process the time it requires to get it right. But of course, we at Meininger's Wine Business International will be continuing to do what we do best: offering the most valuable information about the international wine world and keep all of you, our readers and followers, updated about what’s going on out there.
