Registration is now open for the second Be the Change Virtual Job Fair, which will be held on 22 April from 13:00-17:00 EDT. The job fair will showcase employers in the beverage alcohol industry who are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Up to 1,000 job seekers will have the opportunity to network with exhibitors such as Constellation Brands, Jackson Family Wines, Tito’s Handmake Vodka, Bacardi USA and New Belgium Brewing – just to name a few.

The virtual event is being held in partnership with Diversity in Food and Beverage and Lift Collective, as well as with educational partners the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).

Be the Change is an initiative that aims to “establish a diverse industry through facilitating job placement companies dedicated to creating real solutions with diversity and equity training, measurable results, and sustainable change.”
