Maison Benoit Valérie Calvet (BVC) is joining the AdVini group to boost the international development of its brands.

Founded in 1984 by Benoit and Valérie Calvet in Bordeaux, Maison BVC specialises in the production and export of branded wines from France, Spain and Italy for international customers. The company also includes the subsidiary BVC Bodegas, which produces the brand "Toro Loco".

As BVC reports, by merging with AdVini it benefits from their extensive connections in the wine world, both in France and South Africa, and their international distribution network.

AdVini, according to its CEO Antoine Leccia in his press release, is strengthening with BVC the need of its retail customers for brands that offer the consumer excellent value for money.

AdVini is one of the largest French wine producers with 2,075 ha of vineyards in France and 200 ha in South Africa.

Benoit and Valérie Calvet will remain on the board of BVC and will continue to oversee the operational management of the company. They will also remain neutral regarding the marketing of their wines. In 2020, BVC achieved a turnover of €30 million. itp
