A French native, Hemard has held numerous marketing, sales and general management positions in Asia, the Pacific, the United Kingdom and the United States over the past 25 years. He joined Pernod Ricard's Paris headquarters in 2020 as group sales Chief Transformation Officer. In his new position, he will report to Gilles Bogaert, Chairman & CEO of Pernod Ricard EMEA & LATAM, and will also be a member of the Regional Executive Committee for both those regions. He is also taking on the leadership of Pernod Ricard Western Europe.

"I am very much looking forward to my new role in Germany and Western Europe, where I will bring all the experience I have gained over the past years to continue driving sustainable growth by building brands and empowering our people," commented Hemard.
